The Champion Baseball League Committee, Sponsors, Officials, Bob Jones University, or any supervisory personnel are not responsible for injuries to person or damage to property. This is entirely the responsibility of players and their parents participating (each team member must fill out a parental consent to be eligible to participate).
Insurance Covering Children: If a player does not have medical insurance, the league offers access to obtain recreational insurance for a minimum premium. Parents and/or legal guardians have the right to accept or refuse the recreational insurance. Champion Baseball League requires a signature of acceptance or refusal in order for the child to play in Champion Baseball League. The league strongly urges parents to have insurance of some type incase of injury to the player during the season.
